AGM 2025 and Buffet Supper

For Society members, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2026 will take place on Thursday 11 June 2026 at the RAF Club at 1730 hrs. The Agenda for the Meeting is available below.

From 1700 hrs, tea/coffee will be available for meeting attendees.  After the AGM and Address by ACM Sir John Cheshire, attendees will be offered a complimentary drink and cash bar facilities will be available.

Attendees will have the option of attending a Post-AGM Fork Buffet Supper. This Buffet Supper is 2-course and includes a main course, sweet, coffee & mints and a glass of red/white wine or soft drink.  The Buffet Supper is subsidised by the Society with the cost per head of £35.

If you are intending to attend the AGM, you are asked to notify the Secretary by email to secretary@rafhistoricalsociety.org.uk by no later than Monday 1 June 2026.

If you wish to attend the Buffet Supper, you are asked to notify the Secretary by email to secretary@rafhistoricalsociety.org.uk by no later than Monday 1 June 2026.  

Also, the Secretary will arrange for you to make a bank transfer payment by that date and which will be confirmed by the Treasurer.
